Yoga for Athletes - Team Training Yoga

Classes are structured and geared towards the athlete and their particular sport. The yoga system taught is designed to improve the performance and health of the modern athlete by blending the ancient yoga discipline with the demands placed on the athlete. With regular practice, athletes of all levels will gain balance, strength, flexibility and power. Yoga can lesson the risk of injury, quicken recovery time and improve performance in sports. Great for High School team sports!

Group Classes

Offering specialized classes for sports/athletic teams, groups. All classes can be modified and structured for anyone regardless of their limitations.
