Setting your Intention

Greetings!  I am a huge believer in that we can create our own journey.  I always say to my friends, family, students (and myself)..."what we think, we create...so think GREAT!"   Be aware of the energy you are creating in each given moment. 

Our feelings create thoughts, thoughts create action (many times re-action) and actions ripple out into the world and then back to us.  So start each morning by setting your intention for the day.   It may be something you would like to see manifest in your life, a new attitude; a new endeavor you want to create; a new spiritual awakening!  A great DVD to watch(also in book form) is The Secret...awesome!

Throughout your day monitor your thoughts, words and actions.  Create an attitude of gratitude and see what the universe reflects back to you. 

Let's all become the change we would like to see in the world!  Practice our yoga in our daily moments....breathe in breathe out. Smile
